Our maintenance service provides our clients with planned preventive maintenance which is our prime objective, because we believe that prevention is always better than the cure!

We have a 24 hour service number that our tenants can reach us on, incase of an emergency.

The following qualifies as an emergency:

• Electricity failure/breakdown
• Air-conditioning failure
• Complete water stoppage
• Major leakage related to plumbing
• Major blockage of drainage.
